Mr Peak informs me that you are willing to take the Cemetery lot sold to A. J. Viley. in — consequence of a misunderstanding about the payment of that lot & Mr Peaks. we are willing that you shall do so. the lot has been paid for & by Your getting an order for the lot from the Administration & paying them for it you can have a new deed issued to Yourself.
