Henry County, Kentucky, farmer and soldier. Son of D. Lawton Luckett and Huldah Luckett. Resident of Henry County, Kentucky, in 1850. Household owned six enslaved persons in Henry County in 1850. Farmer in Henry County in 1860. Household owned eight enslaved persons in Henry County in 1860. Household employed one additional enslaved person in Henry County in 1860. Served in the 6th Kentucky Volunteer Infantry Regiment (U.S.A.) as first sergeant from December 24, 1861 to January 2, 1865.
