Covington, Kentucky, minister, attorney, clerk, judge, and politician. Kentucky native. Son of W. C. Perrin. Married to Mary J. Perrin. Father of William Josephus Perrin, Charles Perrin, and Franklin Perrin. Member of the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Kentucky from Harrison County in 1833 and 1836. Christian minister in Kenton County in 1850. Owned two enslaved persons in 1850. Clerk of Kenton County Court from 1859 to 1862. Owned two enslaved persons in 1860. Judge of Kenton County Court in 1862.
