Loving, Willie Loving, John A. Loving, and Laura Loving. Attended the University of Virginia. Admitted to the bar in 1829. Elected to the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1840. Member of the Senate of the Commonwealth of Kentucky from 1841 to 1844. Commonwealth's attorney for the 6th Judicial District of Kentucky from 1845 to 1849. Circuit judge for the 6th Judicial District of Kentucky from 1849 to 1850. Farmer in Warren County in 1850. Owned twenty-one enslaved persons in Warren County in 1850. Attorney in Bowling Green in 1860. Owned twenty-three enslaved persons in Warren County in 1860.
