Your Excellency, will permit me Respectfully to Solicit your clemency on behalf of your humble petitioners mentioned on the pdocuments presented to you by Joseph Henin, I Know that he has acted in this case, as well as his Security Mr Chs Dupuy, with disinterestidness, and, if one or the other were obliged to pay the fine mentioned, they would be reduced to misfortune. I respectfully solicit in their favor, And Hope that your Excellency, will take the case of the applicant, into full consideration,
