The Commonwealth of Kentucky
To the sheriff of Muhlenberg County,

We command you that of the estate of Elijah Wilkins and John Gregory you cause to be made the sum of One hundred dollars which the Commonwealth of Kentucky late in our Muhlenberg Circuit Court hath recovered against them for forfeited Recognizance with interest thereon from the 13th day of May 1861, until paid; also, the sum of three dollars and 55 cents which in the said Court, was adjudged to the said Commonwealth of Kentucky for her costs in that suit expended; whereof the said defendants is Convicted, as appears to us of record; and that you have said sums of money before our said Court, on the 14 day of Nov^r 1863, to render to the said The Comlth of Kentucky, debt interest, and costs aforesaid; and have then there this writ,

The foregoing is a true copy of an execution now in the hands of the sheriff of Muhlenberg County together with the endorsements thereon -- Witness my hand as deputy for J. H. Reno clerk of the Muhlenberg Circuit Court, this 2d day of September 1864.
