Verdict of the Jury

We the men of the Jury find Milton Moore guilty of a breach of the peace and asses the fine on him Fifteen dollars & costs:

T M, McCarty foeman

A Jury having been summoned and sworn according to law in this case and having herd the evidence assessed a fine of fifteen dollars on Milton Moore: It is therefore considered that the said Milton Moore make his fine to the commonwelth in the sume of fifteen dollars or in defaut of the payment thereof suffer seven and on half days imprismoment in the Jail of this county

Given under my hand this 29^th day of June 1863

I J, W, Stewart do herby certify that the foregoing is a true trancript of the above case as it remains in my office
