This day came the attorney for the Commonwealth and it appearing that the Defendant has been duly summoned and failing to appear although solemnly called but made default. upon hearing the evidence It is considered by the Court That the Commonwealth have execution James Bryan for the sum of Five hundred Dollars being the amount he acknowleedged indebted to the Commonwealth of Ky in his recognizance in the sum mentioned together with her cost herein expended
