At the last May term of our Circuit court there was a judgment rendered against M D Morgan. on a forfeited Bail Bond for five Hundred Dollars (500.⁰⁰) He is an honest hard-working man in only Moderate Circumstances and if hes is compelled to pay the whole amount of said Judgment it will work a great hardship on him and his family. Therefore we hope you will use the power vested in you, in his favor and remit the fine or as much there of as you can consistently with your duty to the Commonwealth
