To The Sheriff of Barren County Greeting

We Command you that of the estate of Wm H Roberts & Drury Roberts, late of your bailiwick, you cause to be made the Sum of One Hundred Dollars. with interest at the rate of Six per centum per annum, from the [ ] day of [ ] 186[ ] until paid which the Commonwealth of Kentucky late in our Green Circuit Court has recovered against them for forfeited Bail — also $350 which in the Same Court was adjudged to her for her costs in that behalf expended., whereof the said Defendants are convicted as appears to us of record, — & that you have the Said Sums of money before the Judge of said court, at the Court House on the 4^th. monday in January next to Render to the said Plaintiff her Debt, & costs aforesaid & have them there this writ
