Be it remembered that Geo. Rennecker William Renancker and John D. Rennecker this day personally appeared before us G. W. Salyers and N. Green Justices of the peace for said county and severally acknowledged themselves indebted to the commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum of one thousand dollars- that is to say the said Geo. Rennecker in the sum of five hundred dollars; and the said Willliam Rennecker & John D. Rennecker in the sum of two hundred & fifty dollars each, to be levied of their respective lands & tenements goods and chattles- but to be void on the said George Rennecker personally appearing in the circuit court for the county aforesaid on the first day of their term and surrendering himself in custody to answer to the ommonwealth for shooting with the intent to kill Elisha Isaacs- with which the said George Rennecker stands charged before us-
