Be it remembered that at a Circuit Court begun and held at the Court House in the town of Lebanon within and for the County of Marion aforesaid on the 4^th Monday in November AD 1863 among others the following orders were duly Entered of Record to wit.

R. C. Harris, } Indictment for Tipling house No 17 --

The Plaintiff appeared by atty and the Deft in person and in open Court waived the right of Trial and plead guilty to the charge contained in the indictment. it is therefore adjudged by the Court that the Plff recover of the Deft the Sum of Sixty Dollars and cost herein Expended.

The Plaintiff appeared by atty and the Deft in person and in open Court waived the right of Trial and plead guilty to the charge constained in the indictment: it is therefore adjudged by the Court that the Plff recover of the Deft the sum of Sixty Dollars and cost herein Expended.
