To the Gov. of Ky.
At the last term of the Bath Circuit, Court, I was fined, $20 for one act of Retailing, I was acting as the Bar keeper of Isaac, Shrout, who, had, been, a licensed Tavernkeeper and I thought, he was there, but, the license had run out, I made no proffet myself and had no interest in the matter in anaway. I hope the Gov, will remit the, states part of the fine —
