On motion of John Tittsworth ordered that he be granted a license to keep a tavern at his residence in the Town of Clinton. Whereupon the said John Tittsworth, took the oath required by law. and with H O Earle & C M Ashley his surety entered into and acknowledged bond to commonwealth of Kentucky with covenants as required by law $10 paid to clerk
