I would respectfully represent that there is at present Some executions against W. P. Adcock, and in favor of the Commonwealth of Ky, for about four hundred dollars M^r Adcock I know to be a poor man besides a large family of children to Support, and if he has to pay the above debt he will be left destitute. he was fined for selling liquor to Minors, which he did, being at the Same time ignorant of the law, he was also fined for allowing gameing in his house which he knew nothing of Some gentlemen visited a a ball that was given by him, and wanted a room he assigned them a room for the night not knowing or expecting that any gameing was to be done. during all the trouble Mr Adcocks door ^has^ been open to the Soldiers while Stationed here. M^r Adcock is a peacable and a law abiding Man.
