Co paid on the 26' January 1864 the amt of the Execution with Interest and cost against him as Clk of said court & now prays to be relieved from the paymt. of Seventy Eight ⁵⁹/₁₀₀ Dollars, that being the amount adjudged against as damages for failing to pay into the Treasury, the ammt of Revenue in his hand as clerk in time as required by law.
