To His Ex. Gov. Bramlett

At the last term of the ^Laurence^ Court there were two judgments rendered for $60 each against William T. Moore, who is the sutler of the 39~~^th~~ ^14^th^ Ky. Reg. of Volunteers, for selling liquors -- The testimony was that the liquor was sold by some one staying in his store in his absence. M^r M. himself is very careful about selling wrongfully & no case could be found of selling where he had knowledge, & I am willing that you should remit the Com^th part_ in fact I think the circumstances of his case fully justify the remission
