The Grand Jury of Todd County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: accuse Henry Mitchell of the offence of Selling Spritous Liquor to an infant. Committed as follows viz: The Said Henry Mitchell on the 20" day of August 1864 and at divers other times before and Since that time in the County aforesaid did Sell Spiritous Liquor to John Hester,, Said John Hester at the time being an infant under twenty one years of age and without the written consent or request of the Father or Guardian of said infant. John Heter against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth
