The Grand Jury of Todd County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky; accuse Henry Mitchell of the offence of Selling Spiritous Liquor to an Infant, Committed as follows, viz:

The said Henry Mitchell on the 30" day of August 1860 in the County aforesaid, did sell Spiritous Liquor to Moses H. Hester, Said Moses H Hester being an infant under the age of Twenty one years and without the written Consent or request of the father, mother or Guardians of said infant, Moses H. Hester — against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
