The Defendant Alfred Frances appeared by his attorney, and filed his Response herein and this prosecution being heard, It is adjudged by the Court that the Commonwealth recover of the ^said^ Defendant Alfred Frances the sum of Two hundred Dollars being the amount of the Recognizance entered into by him and the Costs herein expended and execution is awarded, and on motion of the Commonwealths Attorney It is ordered that this action be discontinued against the Defendants, Joel Coleman and W^m Coleman,"
