William F White &
John Payne

THE GRAND JURY of Fayette county, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, accuse William F White & John Payne of the offence of setting up Faro Bank & Dealing Faro committed as follows, viz: The said William F White & John Payne on the 4^th day of February 18634 in the county aforesaid, did set up, exhibit and keep for themselves and others a Faro Bank used in betting and games of chance, upon which Faro Bank, money, property, Bank Notes, National Treasury Notes and other things of value were bet, won and lost against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
