W. M. Samuels, Shff of Hickman Co. this day paid the Revenue, of Hickman, County for 1858, with Interest and Cost, charged to S. W. Rennick, as Shff of said Co. for said year, & now prays your Excellency to be relieved from the payment of Four Hundred & Twenty Two. ⁴⁸/₁₀₀ Dollars, this being the amt. of Damages, adjudged against said Rennick for the non payment of the Revenue of said County for said ^year^ in time as required by Law
