Governor Bramlette:

Sir: At the Sept. term of the Ohio Circuit Court 1863, I was fined the sum of Ninety five dollars; I petitioned your Excellency to remit said fine, but as yet have hurd nothing in regard to it. My petition was sent on some time ago. I have paid the Commonwealth's Atty his fees and pr ct in said cases, and nothing is due now but what is going to the State.
