To any Constable of Henry County.

You are commanded to summon Wyatt J Thomas and Emmit Bashaw. of Said County to appear before me or some Magistrate of said County so ~~appear — be~~ to answer the charge of committing a breach of the Peace in the Town of New Castle on saturday night last by drunken disorderly conduct. and otherwise on that occasion, the day before and since disturbing the peace of good^ly Citizens by drunkeness swearing &c. Aug 15 1864

Verdict of the jury"

"We of the jury agree that the defendants W J Thomas & Emmet Bashaw are each guilty of the charges alledged and that they shall be confined in the county jail for fifteen days and pay costs. W A Holland foreman"

Whereupon the said defendants were convicted in the following order towit

"The Commonwealth of Ky
To the Jailor of Henry County

I herewith send you the bodies of W J Thomas and Emmet Bashaw of said County brought before me on charge of having committed a breach of the Peace, and you the said jailor, are hereby commanded to receive them into your jail and custody there to remain for the space of fifteen days unless released by due process of law
