The Grand Jury of Gallatin County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse, Frank Story of the offense of unlawfully taking and detaining a white woman against her will with intent to have carnal knowledge with her himself committed as follows viz

The said Frank Story in the county circuit and state aforesaid on the [ ] Day of July 1863 did unlawfully take and detain [medora] Jane Kelly a white woman, against her will with intent to have carnal knowledge with her himself Contrary to the Statute in Such case made and provided and against the peace and Dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
