At a Circuit Court continued and held, on the 16^th day of August 1864. at the Court House in Lebanon, being the 2^d. day of the Augsut Term 1864, of said Court.

Among other things, then and there done, the following Judgment, was rendered and entered of record —

against } suffer Gaming on Pidgeon Table by Minor
John Mackin Deft.

The parties appeared by their attorney's and the Defendant in person and entered his Plea of not Guilty and thereupon came a Jury, to wit. Thomas Mills, Stephen Glarebrooks, A. Corley, Ambrose Smith Albert Lee, W^m M Abell, M. T. Burditt, Richard Wathen, James Caskey, Arnold Bickett, John Spalding and H. P. Thornton; who were sworn to try the issue, And After hearing the evidence and argument of Counsel retired to their Rooms, and returned into Court the following Verdict, to wit. We of the Jury find the Defendant guilty of the offense charged in the within indictment, and assess his fine at Five Dollars.

It is therefore adjudged by the Court that Defendant make his fine to the Commonwealth of Ky. by the Payment of the sum of Five dollars
the amount assessed by the Jury and also her Costs herein expended, It is further adjudged by the Court that Defendant has forfeited his right and privilege of again keeping such Table. —

The above and foregoing is a Copy of the Judgment as rendered in the foregoing named cause "The Commonwealth of Ky. vs John Mackin" and the time and place so rendered.
