The Commonwealth of Kentucky To the Sheriff of Jefferson County

We demand you to take Brent Fishback if to be found within your bailiwick and him safely keep so that you have his body before the Judge of our Garrard Circuit Court at the court house in the town of Lancaster on the 4" Monday in April, next so that he satisfy and pay to the commonwealth aforesaid the Sum of Fifty dollars for fine against him for carrying a deadly weapon concealed also the sum of eight dollars 25 cents adjudged to the said Commonwealth for her costs in that behalf expended and this you shall no wise omit under the penalty of the law and have then there this writ with due return how you have executed it.
