Bullitt Circuit Court, April Term A. D. 1865 The Grand Jurors of the County of Bullitt in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse A. P. Quint of the offense of Keeping a Tipling House — Committed in manner and form as follows, towit, The said A P. Quint in the said County of Bullitt on the [ ] day of April A. D. 1865 knowingly and unlawfully did have and keep a tipling house wherein on divers and sundry days before and since as aforesaid he did sell and retail in small quantities less than one quart at a time and to be drank on the premises wine and brandy and whisky and other spirituous liquors and thus did keep said Tipling House contrary to the form of the statute in such cases, made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
