The defendant having been duly summoned and called, came not but made default. and thereupon a Jury came towit. J. E. Boswell, J. H. Wilson, Jerry Reediell, W. H. Conner, V. Franks, H. Kendall, C. D. Reed, D. Bogs, John Mitts, Thomas Bickers, John Beagle & G. W. Nichols, who were sworn well and truly to try and a true verdict render, and after hearing the evidence retired to their room and returned the following verdict We of the Jury find the defendant guilty, and assess the fine at one hundred dollars.

It is therefore adjudged by the court that the defendant make good his fine to the Commonwealth by the payment of One hundred dollars, in manner and form by the Jurors aforesaid assessed and also her costs herein expended, and that Capias issue.
