The Grand Jury of Muhlenberg County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse F. Y Young and William Burge of the offense of unlawfully carrying away property committed as follows towit:

The said F Y Young and William Burge on the 10th day of December 1864 in the County aforesaid "willfully knowingly and unlawfully took from the possession of S. A. Jackson and carried away but not with feloniousintent" One horse the personal property of said Jackson of the value of TwoHundreddollars and against the will and consent of said S. A. Jackson and against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
