A H Brownlee being in custody charged with the Crime of maliciously & unlawfully shooting Alexander G Renfro with intent to kill and being admitted to bail in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars now we W D Brownlee & and John B Brownlee do hereby undertake that the above A H Brownlee will appear in the Hart Circuit Court on the first day of next April term to consider said charge and will at all times render himself amenable to the order and process of said Court in the prosecution of said charge and if convicted will render himself in execution thereof or if he shall fail to perform either of these conditions that we will pay to the Commonwealth of Ky the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, Witness our hands this 15 day of Jun 1865
