It appearing that Asa Elliott has been duly Summoned to answer for the forfeiture of the bail Bond executed in this prosecution, and he failing to answer, it is therefore ordered and adjudged by the Court that Plff recover of Said Deft Elliott the Sum of Two Hundred and Fifty dollars and the costs herein expended and Execution may issue &^c
