Your Petitioner George ,W, Thompson Says that at the December Term of the Kenton Circuit Court at Covington Ky That he was fined in two Cases fifty dollars Each for selling Liquors to Minors he states that he had a boy hired to attend to his "Bar" and that he sold to one Belin and one Blackburn that he had the consent of Belins father but not in Writing that he thought Blackburn was at Least 22 years old but he has no Doubt that he violated the law but did not Know it at the time nor did he believe he could be fined for what his clerk done in the premises as he had give him possitive orders to sell to no one under the age of 21 years he~~f[...][...][...][...][...]paidtheComwthattorneyhisfeeandtheCosts~~of~~suit~~ and hopes your Honour will release ~~[...][...][...]~~ the two fines and your Petitioner will Ever pray &c
