I am acquainted with Benjamin Underwood who Petitions Your Excelency to remit two Judgements of the Jessamine circuit court against him for a violation of the penal laws.

The facts stated in his Petion are true and I believe his determination to reform his habits is cincear. I therefor hope your Excelency may remit said fines, I believe the execise of Execative clemency in his case will be approved of by all acquainted with the facts, and the destitute condition of himself & family —
