John W Scales having been brought before me by virtue of a warrant issued by Tho^s E. Bramlette Governor of Kentucky -- and I being satisfied from the statement of the prisoner and the testimony of Henry Clark and J. S. Ogilvie, that the prisoner is the identical person refered to in said warrant as being charged with the crime of Murder in the State of Tennessee Therefore the said prisoner John W. Scales is ordered to be delivered to the said Henry W. Clark to be by him taken to the State of Tennessee in accordance with the said warrant of the Governor -- to be then dealt with according to law --
