The Grand Jury of Anderson County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, accuse Benjamin Houser, James Taylor, W^m Harrison Jr. Tarry Brown, William Clark, Lycurgus, Hudson, & Jesse Hill, of the crime of Murder.

Committed as follows — The said Benjamin, Houser, James Taylor, W^m Harrison Jr, Terry Brown, William Clark, Lycurgus, Hudson, & Jessee Hill on the 5^th day of July 1864. in the County aforesaid did feloniously and of His malice aforethought kill and murder John Ash by shooting Him with a gun or pistol against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
