The Grand Jury of Johnson County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Robt Roberson and John Milum of the offense of Grand Larceny commited as follows the Said Robt Roberson and John Milum on the 1^st Day of may 1864 in the County and Circuit aforesaid did willfully and ~~maliciously~~ feloniously take Steal and cary off one hundred Dollars in current money and united States Green back and other Paper Clothing and a horse the personal property of Martin R. Rice of the value of more than four Dollars against the peace and Dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
