Vince Biggerstaff, Jones Kirkpatrick & Lesley Wilson

The Grand Jury of Cumberland County in the name and by the authority of the commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Vince Biggerstaff James Kirkpatrick & Lesley Wilson of the Crime of Robbery Committed as follows to wit. The said Biggerstaff Kirkpatrick & Wilson heretofore to wit. on on the [ ] day [ ]1866 in the County aforesaid did feloniously and forcibly take from and in the presents of Henry Pace one horse by putting him in fear of some immediate injury to his person which said horse was then and there the property of said Pace and was of the value of fifty Dollars and was taken against his will against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
