Sometime since I had the honor of sending to your Excel'ly a petition from Tho^s. R. Long praying that a ~~fine~~ judgement of the Henderson Circuit ^Court^ upon a forfeited bail bond be remitted. The petition set forth, substantially, the same facts and was signed by the same parties as the Petition of Lewis Hape sent about the same time which was favorably acted upon by you. I write this to enquire if the application reached your Excellency and if it has been acted upon by you Any informatiion will be thankfully rec'd
