January Term, A. D. 1864.

The Grand Jurors of the County of Jefferson in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, accuse William Banks & John M^cClure of the Crime of of Grand Larceny committed in manner and form as follows, to=wit: The said W^m Banks & John M^cClure in the said County of Jefferson on the 10 day of December A. D. 1863. feloniously took & carried away two Boxes of Tobacco ^containing thirty seven pounds of Tobacco^ worth eighty five cents per pound the property of Charles H. Fink against the peace & dignity of the comth of Kentucky, & the said Jurors further present that in said county on said date said William Banks & John M^cClure did feloniously, knowingly take receive & appropriate to them selves two boxes of tobacco containing thirty seven pound of tobacco worth eighty five cents per pound the property of Charles H Fink knowing the same to be stolen contrary to the form of the statute in such cases, made and provided against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
