Whereas on the 30^th day of Oct 1865John and Robert Wiseman of the County of Estill State of Ky, did Maliciously Shoot and Kill ~~Allen~~^Claiborne^ Witt, of Said County, and are now running at large: & I do respectfully ask your excellency to offer the lawful reward for the apprehension of Said parties & for their delivery to the civil authorities of Said County —.

Height about 5^ft 6,ⁱⁿ Weight 135^lbs Dark Complexion, blue eyes dark hair. round shouldered, bow Leged — Scar on one of his breasts where he is supposed to have been shot. is about 34 or 5 years old.

Description of Robt Wiseman.

Age about 33 years. Height about 6 feet Weight 165 or 70^lbs bow leged ^rather^ Dark Complexion. dark hair, blue eyes. Scar as large as the palm of a hand on the right thigh made by a burn-
