The Grand Jury of Bath County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, accuse Jessee Underwood and David Underwood of the offence of Murder, Committed as follows towit The said Jessee Underwood and David Underwood on the 21^st day of September 1865 in the County and Circuit aforsaid did wilfully and felloneously and with malace aforethought, shoot, kill and Murder George A Trumbo with a pistol they then and there had loaded with powder and ball
