Hildreth being first duly sworn says that having been appointed and commissioned by the Governor of Kentucky a commissioner to take affidavits, depositions and the acknowledgement of deeds to be used in the State of Kentucky that he will "well and truly execute and perform all the duties of his said office as required by the State of Kentucky." & further saith not.
