Robert, A, Johnston is a member of the Bar of this county in good standing. He is fully competent to discharge the duties of a Commissioner of Deeds &c for Kentucky, and we would recommend his appointment.

Pendleton Mem Congress, Mr Kebler an old Attorney & one of the first Banking Houses. I would further refer you to Col Boyle now I believe
