Be it remembered that on this Twenty First day of May in the Year One Thousand Eight hundred & Sixty Four Before me the undersigned notary, in & for the city of New Orleans, Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, came & appeared Robert, Joseph Ker, a commission for the State of Kentucky, in the State of Louisiana, who being duly sworn declared & said, that he will well & faithfully perform all the duties incumbent upon him in his said Capacity.
