I John Francis residing in Westfield, Chautauqua County in the State of New York appointed by the Governor of the State of Kentucky a Commissioner in and for the State of New York to take acknowledgements and proof of Deeds and instruments of Writing to be used and recorded in said State of Kentucky and to administer oaths and affirmations pursuant to Chapter 40 of the Act of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky entitiled "An act to adopt the revised statutes" approved January 7^th 1852, do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Kentucky, and that I will well and faithfully execute perform and discharge all the duties of such commissioner under and by virtue of the laws of said State according to the best of my ability.
