Pomeroy duly appointed by the Governor of the State of Kentucky, a Commissioner of Deeds for the State of Kentucky, resident in the City of Brooklyn in the State of New York, do Solemnly swear that I will well and truly Execute and perform all the duties of my station as such Commissioner under and by virtue of the laws of said State of Kentucky.
