I, William F. Robb, having on the 20^th day of July A.D. 1865, been duly appointed and commissioned by His Excellency, Thomas E. Bramlette, Governor of the State of Kentucky, a commissioner for the State of Kentucky, resident in the city of Pittsburgh &c, do solemnly swear, that I will support, protect, and defend the constitution of the United States, and that I will well and truly execute and perform all the duties of such commissioner, under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Kentucky.
