I, Charles P. Janney, Clerk of the said court, in the State aforesaid, hereby certify, that Fenton M. Henderson, within named, this day personally appeared before me, in said office, and made oath in due form, that he would faithfully execute and fulfil duties of his office as Commissioner of deeds for the state of Kentucky, according to law:
