To his Excellency Thomas E. Bramlette, Governor of Kentucky.

It appearing that there is a vacancy in the Office of Justice of the peace in the Boonville District, in consequence of the Resignation of L L Mainous Esq. And it appearing that H C Hogg is qualified and of good demeanor: he is therefore recommended to your Excellency, for a commission as Justice of the peace, in the Boonville District to serve, and fill out the unexpired term of L L Mainous, Esq. Resigned.
